Fitting of air tightness tapes are almost complete.
Setting up and fitting of metal floor ducts are complete.
Scaffold erection is continuing as required, internal and external.
Fitting of torch on membrane to lower and upper roof areas are complete.
Insulation void to external walls are being constructed and fitting of t & g sarket board has started.
Fitting of internal battening to walls has started.
Fitting of insulation and sound block plaster board is in progress to ground floor ceiling areas.
So what's next?
Continue timber frame insulation void, fit t & g sarket board, fitting of air leakage tapes, scaffold erection, continue boarding ceilings, start ducting.
