Speller Metcalfe Malvern Ltd (Main Contractor) - We have been selected under the West Midlands Contractors Framework to deliver the project as the principal contractor. Fundamental in the way we operate is our open and honest approach. Our experience across a wide spectrum of construction projects enables us to confidently deliver our clients requirements. We have extensive experience in education & healthcare giving us a depth of understanding of the specific requirements of our education clients, including the careful management of safety considerations, meeting rigorous programme deadlines and minimising disruption.
Price & Myers (Structural Consultant) - We were appointed by WCC as the consulting structural engineer for the Wyre Forest Special School, Early years Hub, and Baxter college Science teaching facility. We are responsible for the structural design of these buildings.
Shires Consulting ( Structural Consultant) - We have been appointed by WCC as the consulting structural engineer for the Boarding accomodation. We are responsible for the sturctural design of this building.
CBG (Mechanical & Electrical Consultant) - Appointed by WCC for Mechanical & Electrical design
EC Harris (Project Quantity Surveyor) - We are a construction consultancy, appointed by Worcestershire County Council to provide advice and support on the management, procurement and cost of the project.
Ridge (CDM Coordinator) - We have been appointed to ensure the project meets all CDM regulations, and to ensure that suitable arrangements are made and implmented for the coordination of health and safety measures during planning and preparation for the construction phase.
BDP (Acoustic Consultants) - We have been appointed to provide acoustic services and design advice for the project. We work with the design team to proive acoustics solutions to design challenges.
Architype (Passivhaus Consultants) - We are providing advice on the design & construction of the buildings in order to meet 'Passivhaus Standard'. This is a standard for energy efficiency in order to produe ultra-low energy buildings.
Fira (Landscape Consultants) - Commissioned by WCC to provide design advice/support for the landscaping.
Ecoteric (BREEAM Assessors) - We have been commissioned by WCC to undertake the BREEAM assessment for the project. We provide support to the design team, to ensure the buildings meet the targeted BREEAM ratings.
