Fitting of air tightness tapes are almost complete.
Scaffold erection is continuing as required, internal and external.
Fitting of tongued and groved sarket board is complete, section above clerestory windows to do.
Fitting of insulation, sound block plaster board and taping is continuing to ground floor ceiling areas.
Fitting of window frames are continuing.
Boarding to walls, ceiling and beams to Plant room are almost complete.
Sprinkler pipe work is progressing well.
Ducting continuing.
Mechanical 1st fix is progressing.
Electrical 1st fix has started this week.
So what's next?
Complete t & g sarket board, fitting of air leakage tapes, scaffold erection, continue boarding ceilings, continue ducting, and mechanical pipe work, 1st fix electrics.
