 Single ply roof covering flashings to complete.

 Fitting of cedar fascias, barge boards and window cheeks are complete.

 Decorations are continuing.

 Wall and floor tiling to hydro pool is almost complete.

 Sanitary items being fitted.

 Plumbing panels are fitted, basin and hinged rail fixings to address.


 Gutter fixing is to complete.

Carpentry finishing items are in progress.


 Face brickwork to retaining walls are almost complete.

 Laying of vinyl floor covering and carpets are continuing.

 Furniture fitting is to complete.

 General external works continuing.


 Erection of canopies and glazing well advanced.
