Activity/Observations
Fitting of air tightness tapes are almost complete.
Scaffold erection is continuing as required, internal and external.
Insulation void to external walls are being constructed and fitting of tongued and grooved sarket board is progressing, main walls complete, clerestory area in progress.
Fitting of internal battening to walls has started. This forms a service void
Fitting of insulation, sound block plaster board and taping is continuing to ground floor ceiling areas.
Fitting of window frames are progressing.
Brackets fitted for bris soleil sun shading.
Air ducting about to start.
So what's next?
Continue timber frame insulation void, fit sarket board, fitting of air leakage tapes, scaffold erection, continue boarding ceilings, start ducting.
