Activity/Observations
Continue electrical 2nd fix, lighting includes external, outlets, etc
Internal carpentry 2nd fix, architraves, skirting, etc, include completion of 3rd and final stairway
Mechanical 2nd fix /plumbing, etc
Floor tiling to bathroom/showers rooms to completion
Decorations, all areas where access allows also snagging/fine fill
Ceiling grids
Ground workers, shape up, tarmac prep kerbs, channels, swales – progressing quickly.
