Activity/Observations
Scaffold erection and dismantling is continuing as required, internal and external.
Finishing to fermacell wall boards are continuing.
Mechanical 2nd fix continuing.
Electrical 2nd fix is continuing.
2nd fix carpentry has started.
Fitting of suspended ceiling grid is almost complete. Remainder of tiles to be fitted later.
Fitting of aquapanels (render carrier boards) are continuing.
External render and finishing coat is ongoing.
Fitting of cape cod boarding to complete.
Vinyl floor coverings are advanced.
Decorations to walls are continuing.
Fitting of Lab furniture is continuing.
Netal framed ceilings started.
Timber staircase installation has started.
Excavation and concreting of foundations to ramp and steps are in progress. Breaking out of crane bases are in progress.
So what's next?
Scaffold dismantle, continue ducting, 2nd fix M & E, fermacell boarding to internal walls, wall finishes externally, suspended ceilings, floor finishes, install staircases, brie soleil, main lift, furniture fitting, 2nd fix Carpentry.
