Fitting of suspended ceiling grid is almost complete. Remainder of tiles to be fitted later.
Fitting of aqua panels (render carrier boards) are continuing.
External render and finishing coat is ongoing.
Fitting of cape cod boarding to complete.
Vinyl floor coverings are advanced.
Decorations to walls are continuing.
Fitting of Lab furniture is continuing.
Metal framed ceilings continuing.
Timber staircase installation is continuing.
Main passenger lift installed.
Fitting of balustrade to first floor circulation areas is in progress.
Excavation and concreting of foundations to ramp and steps are in progress.
So what's next?
Scaffold dismantle, continue ducting, 2nd fix M & E, fermacell boarding to internal walls, wall finishes externally, suspended ceilings, floor finishes, install staircases, brie soleil, main lift, furniture fitting, 2nd fix Carpentry, external works.
