Scaffold erection and dismantling is continuing as required, internal and external.
Finishing to fermacell wall boards are continuing.
Mechanical 2nd fix continuing.
Electrical 2nd fix is continuing.
Fitting of suspended ceiling grid and tiling is in progress to ground floor and first floor areas.
Fitting of aquapanels (render carrier boards) have recommenced.
External render and finishing coat is ongoing.
Fitting of cape cod boarding is continuing.
Fitting of parapet capping complete.
Vinyl floor coverings are advanced.
Ply covering being laid to 1st floor areas.
Decorations to walls are continuing.
Fitting of Lab furniture is in progress.
Excavation and concreting of foundations for retaining wall has started and about to continue.
So what's next?
Scaffold dismantle, continue ducting, 2nd fix M & E, fermacell boarding to internal walls, wall finishes externally, suspended ceilings, floor finishes, install staircases, brie soleil, main lift, furniture fitting.
