Microlift being installed in the prep room. This will carry chemicals and lab equipment between the two floors.

Activity/Observations

 Scaffold erection and dismantling is continuing as required, internal and external.
 Finishing to fermacell wall boards in 1st floor areas are continuing.
 Mechanical 1st and 2nd fix continuing.
 Electrical 1st and 2nd fix is continuing.
 Fitting of suspended ceiling grid is in progress to ground floor and first floor areas and tiling started.
 Acoustic / fire stopping to Classrooms is continuing.
 External battening is complete and fitting of aqua panels (render carrier boards) are to complete.
 External render and finishing coat is progressing well.
 Fitting of cape cod boarding is continuing.
 Fitting of parapet capping started.
 Ground floor vinyl floor coverings are advanced.
 Ply covering being laid to 1st floor areas.
 Decorations to walls are continuing.
 Excavation and concreting of foundations for retaining wall has started.


So what's next?
 Scaffold dismantle, continue ducting, mechanical pipe work, 1st fix electrics, fermacell boarding to internal walls, single ply roof coverings, acoustic flooring, wall finishes externally, suspended ceilings, floor finishes.
