Activity/Observations

 Scaffold erection and dismantling is continuing as required, internal and external.
 Single ply membrane to upper roof areas is fitted, outlets and edge trims almost complete.
 Finishing to fermacell wall boards in 1st floor areas are continuing.
 Mechanical 1st and 2nd fix continuing.
 Electrical 1st and 2nd fix is continuing.
 Acoustic flooring to 1st floor circulation areas is to complete.
 Fitting of suspended ceiling grid is in progress to ground floor and first floor areas.
 Acoustic / fire stopping to Classrooms is continuing.
 External battening is complete and fitting of aqua panels (render carrier boards) are continuing.
 Render is progressing well.
 Fitting of cape cod boarding is continuing.
 Liquid D.P.M. system has been applied to ground floor Classrooms and floor coverings have started.
 Decorations to walls are in progress.
 Lift installation has started.

So what's next?
 Scaffold erection, continue ducting, mechanical pipe work, 1st fix electrics, fermacell boarding to internal walls, single ply roof coverings, acoustic flooring, wall finishes externally, suspended ceilings, floor finishes.
