Roofing complete, high level work to weatherboard soffits
Fermacell fire lining and plaster boarding continues to 1st and 2nd floors, includes taping/jointing.
Commence suspended perforated/ acoustic ceiling panels on acoustic resient-bar ceiling support grids, 1st floor corridor
Continue electrical 1st fix
Pipe lagging to voids and above ceilings
Internal carpentry 2nd fix, doors and linings
Mechanical 1st fix /plumbing + air ducting + boilers installed – IPS installations (proprietary WC cubicles now on site)
CIS installations
Cedar cladding, weather boarding + support framing
Commence rendering, weather ideal - knauf Marmorit system
