Roofing complete, high level work to weatherboard soffits
Fermacell fire lining and plaster boarding continues to 1st and 2nd floors, includes taping/jointing.
Boarding, ceiling panels now advanced – complete on 1st floor
Continue electrical 1st fix – wiring to 1st floor complete
Internal carpentry 2nd fix, doors (includes sliding doors + stud) and linings, stairs, kitchen units, cupboards, etc.
Mechanical 1st fix /plumbing + air ducting + lagging
Floor vinyl to Kitchen
Commence decorations
CIS installations - data cabling
Rendering - knauf Marmorit system
Coated aluminium gutters and downpipes
Scaffold drop
Ground works currently on hold awaiting areas to become available
