Scaffold erection is continuing as required, internal and external.
Fermacell wall boarding to ground floor classrooms are complete and atrium area is continuing.
Acoustic insulation to internal walls is advanced.
Mechanical 1st fix continuing and 2nd fix has started.
Electrical 1st fix containment is continuing.
Single ply roofing to upper roof area is fitted, perimeter to do.
Acoustic flooring is continuing to first floor classroom areas.
Warmcell insulation to external walls is complete and re sealed.
External battening has started.
Air tests being carried out on soil and vent pipes and waste pipes branching off.
So what's next?
Complete sarket board, scaffold erection, continue boarding ceilings, continue ducting, and mechanical pipe work, 1st fix electrics, fermacell boarding to internal walls, single ply roof coverings, warm cell insulation to external walls, acoustic flooring.
