Activity/Observations

 Scaffold dismantling is continuing.
 Finishing to fermacell wall boards are almost complete.
 Mechanical 2nd fix continuing.
 Electrical 2nd fix is continuing.
 2nd fix carpentry is continuing.
 Fitting of suspended ceiling grid is almost complete. Fitting of tiles in progress.
 External render and finishing coat is ongoing.
 Vinyl floor coverings are progressing well and carpet tiles started.
 Decorations are continuing.
 Fitting of Lab furniture is continuing.
 Metal framed suspended ceilings continuing.
 Works to ramp and steps are progressing.


So what's next?
 Scaffold dismantle, 2nd fix M & E, internal decorations, wall finishes externally, suspended ceilings, floor finishes, furniture fitting, 2nd fix Carpentry, external works.
