Cutting, placing and fixing of soleplates are to complete.
Erection of perimeter scaffold is continuing for area 2.
Timber frame erection is continuing, fitting of floor and first floor walls to area 1.
Block work to retaining wall is in place and backfilled.
Crane is erected for timber frame erection of area 2.
So what's next?
Continue scaffold erection, fixing of sole plates, timber frame erection.
