All the windows are now fitted to Science Block

Brackets fitted to take external sun shading to the south facing windows

Battening and insulation to the acoustic floor

Activity/Observations

 Fitting of airtightness tapes is almost complete.
 Scaffold erection is continuing as required, internal and external.
 Fitting of insulation, sound block plaster board and taping is almost complete to ground floor ceiling areas.
 Fitting of window frames is complete.
 Fermacell boarding to ground floor walls are continuing and filling has started.
 Acoustic insulation to internal walls is advanced.
 Sprinkler pipe work is almost complete.
 Mechanical 1st fix including ducting is continuing.
 Electrical 1st fix containment is continuing.
 Perimeter D.P.M. repaired and vertical slabs fitted.
 Single ply roofing has started to upper roof area.
 Acoustic flooring has started to first floor classroom areas.


So what's next?
 Complete sarket board, scaffold erection, continue boarding ceilings, continue ducting, and mechanical pipe work, 1st fix electrics, fermacell boarding to internal walls, single ply roof coverings.
