Activity/Observation
- M & E 2nd fix/ finishing items are continuing.
- Single ply roof covering flashings to complete.
- Fitting of cedar fascia's, barge boards and window cheeks are complete, remedial works to do.
- Decorations are continuing.
- Wall and floor tiling to hydro pool area is almost complete, filling of pool to now start next week.
- Plumbing panels are fitted, basin and hinged rail fixings to address.
- Gutter fixing is to complete.
- Carpentry finishing items are continuing.
- Face brickwork to retaining walls are to complete.
- Laying of vinyl floor covering and carpets are continuing.
- General external works continuing.
- Data installation progressing.
