 M & E finishing items are continuing.
 Single ply roof covering flashings to complete.
 Fitting of cedar fascia's, barge boards and window cheeks are complete, remedial works to do.
 Decorations are continuing including snag items.
 Gutter fixing is to complete.
Carpentry finishing items are continuing including snag items.
 Laying of vinyl floor covering and carpets are continuing.
 General external works continuing, including tarmacing.
 Data installation progressing.
 Generally all trades are progressing towards practical completion.

 Plumbing panels are fitted, basin and hinged rail fixings to address.
 Gutter fixing is to complete.
Carpentry finishing items are continuing including snag items.
 Face brickwork to retaining walls started again this week.
 Laying of vinyl floor covering and carpets are continuing.
 General external works continuing.
 Data installation progressing.
 Generally all trades are progressing towards practical completion.
 Filling of hydro pool carried out.

Vocational Hub Phase 1 Handover

The first phase of the Vocational Hub was handed over on Friday 30 January. This provides Food Technology/ Catering, Café, IT,  DT and Art facilities for the Wyre Forest School. The Vocational Hub is the refurbishment of a 1960s building on the Baxter College site, but now adjacent to the new (nearly complete) Wyre Forest School and fronting onto Campus Square.
